A large boat floats next to the dock in calm water. Affixed to the side of the boat is a ladder. The rungs on the ladder are one foot apart. The water level is half way between two rungs, leaving twelve rungs above the water.

If the water rises three feet, how many rungs will still be above the water?

Show First Hint
Yes the ladder is vertical, like normal. It is used to get in and out of the boat from the dock.
